SCS SB 1117 -- MISSOURI RX PLAN ADVISORY COMMISSION

This bill transfers the Missouri Rx Plan Advisory Commission from
the Department of Health and Senior Services to the Department of
Social Services.  The provision regarding the denial of
eligibility to individuals enrolled in a Medicare Advantage Plan
is removed.
